Excellent course for people that wants to know the basics of IT. I think it helps to build a foundation for people that haven't been involved in IT at all.

More sensitive to gender and race issues than I anticipated. There was even a question about what to do when someone will only speak with the male IT tech.

I am so excited to see what the future holds for me in my role in the big world of IT! This course is the perfect launch pad to start from...thanks Google!

Very good course, with great information, I did this between quarters of my Computer Science and it was a great alternative to comprehend the information.

There are abit of misspelled text on some of the contexts, might require some content editing, otherwise every lecturer was great and very understandable.

I was already familiar with the course material so I can't comment on it's difficulty, but everything was well explained, well organized, and entertaining

I have really enjoyed this course and am ready to offer more courses under Coursera. Thank you to all the Lectures who took me through this Coursera......
