This course has been a wonderful experience and has really driven home fundamentals points that are critical for IT professionals at every level.

The best course website out there, i was looking for a good IT Support course that was from a known and respected company and had a low cost also

I earned the IT technical support fundamentals from Coursera online in a short period of time. Thank you google IT and the Coursera instructors.

Once I dedicated the time to the urse it was really good. I did have a couple of issues doing the labs, I just needed some patients with myself.

I really enjoyed this course, even though there was some confusion towards the middle but that is why you must reread everything more than twice.

This course is very good for a beginner.It reminded me of a few basic things I had forgotten and also it had me touching areas I never did before
