This is great introduction to IT and technical support fundamentals. I loved the videos and the hands-on labs. This course is apt for beginners in IT.

Great course, very interesting, lot of info and very practical with notes that you can save and review later, instead writing on a journal or notepad.

A fine intro to IT Support. Covers all the very peaks of some very deep and complicated subjects very well. This first course is hIghly Recommended.
